SPAIN, Sep. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 4: Two wins in a row for Cadiz. After their 0-1 win against Lugo on September 2, El Submarino continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-0 victory over Gimnastic de Tarragona this Friday.
Gimnastic de Tarragona made Cadiz doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Barral David ('54) and Garcia Alvaro ('73).
Cadiz FC climbed to first place with 10 points from 4 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Real Sporting de Gijon, which has a game in hand.
