Serie A (Week 6) : Napoli defeats Torino 2-1
ITALY, Oct. 5, 2014 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 6: Two wins in a row for Napoli. After their 0-1 win against Sassuolo on September 28, the Partenopei continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-1 victory over Torino this Sunday.
Torino had started off well by taking the lead in the 14th minute with a goal by forward Fabio Quagliarella. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Partenopei nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Insigne '55 and Callejon '72).
Napoli climbed to 7th place with 10 points from 6 games, only one point behind Hellas Verona.
