Serie A (Week 32) : Verona defeats Sassuolo 3-2
ITALY, Apr. 26, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 32: Two wins in a row for Hellas Verona. After their 0-1 win against Fiorentina on April 20, the Gialloblu continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-2 victory over Sassuolo this Sunday.
Luca Toni scored dual goals
Hellas Verona forward Gomez opened the score in the 30th minute, before seeing Sassuolo catch up in the 35th minute thanks to Vangelis Moras own goal. 1-1 at half time. The Gialloblu eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Toni ('63, '71).
Hellas Verona climbed to 12nd place with 39 points from 32 games, 2 points behind Palermo.
