Serie A (Week 37) : Fiorentina beats Palermo 3-2
ITALY, May. 24, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 37: Four wins in a row for Fiorentina. After their success against Cesena, Empoli and Parma, the Viola continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-2 victory over Palermo this Sunday.
Fiorentina dominated the first half thanks to goals from Iličić ('23) and Gilardino ('33). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Viola further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Alonso in the 78th minute.
ACF Fiorentina remains in fifth place with 61 points from 37 games, 2 points behind Napoli.
