Serie A (Week 37) : Parma and Verona play to a 2-2 draw
ITALY, May. 24, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 37: The match between Parma and Hellas Verona ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Parma players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Nocerino ('21) and Varela ('36) while Hellas Verona only scored once Toni ('42). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Hellas Verona with a saving goal from Hellas Verona forward Luca Toni on penalty in the 80th minute.
Hellas Verona are down in 13rd place with 45 points from 37 games, one point behind US Sassuolo Calcio.
