ITALY, Aug. 30, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 2: Two wins in a row for Chievo. After their 1-3 win against Empoli on August 23, the Gialloblu continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 4-0 victory over Lazio this Sunday.
Alberto Paloschi scored dual goals
Chievo dominated the first half thanks to goals from Meggiorini ('12), Paloschi ('30) and Birsa ('45). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Gialloblu further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Paloschi in the 68th minute.
AC Chievo Verona climbed to first place with 6 points from 2 games, tie on points with runner-up Torino FC.
