ITALY, Aug. 30, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 2: After a 2-0 victory over AC Milan on August 23, the Viola lost 3-1 against Torino.
Fiorentina had started off well by taking the lead in the 10th minute with a goal by Spanish defender Marcos Alonso. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Il Toro nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Moretti '68, Quagliarella '69 and Baselli '77).
Torino FC climbed to second place with 6 points from 2 games, tie on points with AC Chievo Verona.
