Serie A : Empoli finish 11th after beating Torino
ITALY, May. 15, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 38: After losing 2-1 to Inter Milan on May 7, the Azzurri bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Torino this Sunday.
Empoli dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Massimo Maccarone in the 13th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Azzurri further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Zieliński in the 54th minute.
