ITALY, Oct. 26, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 10: Two wins in a row for Napoli. After their 1-2 win against Crotone on October 23, the Partenopei continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-0 victory over Empoli this Wednesday.
Empoli made Napoli doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Mertens ('51) and Chiricheş ('81).
Napoli climbed to third place with 20 points from 10 games, 2 points behind AS Roma.
