ITALY, Nov. 5, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 12: After their 2-2 draw against Udinese on October 31, Il Toro returned to winning ways with a 5-1 victory over Cagliari this Saturday.
Andrea Belotti scored dual goals
Torino dominated the first half thanks to goals from Belotti ('2), Ljajić ('11) and Benassi ('38). Leading 3-1 at the break, Il Toro further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Baselli '51 and Belotti '59/penalty).
Torino FC climbed to 6th place with 19 points from 12 games, only one point behind Napoli, which has a game in hand.
