ITALY, Sep. 24, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 6: After three straigth defeats, the Pitagorici returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Benevento this Sunday.
Crotone dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Rolando Mandragora in the 43rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Pitagorici further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Rohden Marcus in the 58th minute.
FC Crotone climbed to 16th place with 4 points from 6 games, tie on points with SPAL Ferrara.
