Serie A (Week 15) : Torino and Atalanta play to a 1-1 draw
ITALY, Dec. 2, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 15: The match between Torino and Atalanta ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Torino players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Cameroonian defender Nicolas Nkoulou in the 45th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Atalanta with a saving goal from Slovenian midfielder Josip Iličić in the 54th minute.
Atalanta BC climbed to 7th place with 20 points from 15 games, 6 points behind UC Sampdoria, which has two games in hand.
