ITALY, Sep. 27, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 6: After two straigth draws against Carpi and Virtus Entella, the Granata lost 5-2 against Varese.
Varese dominated the first half thanks to goals from Rea ('7), Pereira ('23), Lupoli ('41 on penalty) and Capezzi ('45). Leading 4-0 at the break, the Leopardi further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Barberis with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Trapani Calcio are down in 9th place with 9 points from 6 games, tie on points with Modena FC.
