ITALY, Sep. 13, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 3: After a 3-1 victory over Avellino on September 7, Citta lost 2-1 against Trapani.
Coralli opened the score in the 24th minute, before seeing Trapani catch up in the 40th minute thanks to Mancosu. 1-1 at half time. The Granata eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Valentini into his own net with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Trapani Calcio climbed to second place with 7 points from 3 games, 2 points behind AC Perugia.
