ITALY, Sep. 7, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 2: After a 1-0 victory over Pro Vercelli on August 30, the Lupi lost 3-1 against Cittadella.
Avellino opened the score in the score in the 28th minute thanks to Castaldo on penalty, before Cittadella regained the advantage with Pellizzer ('30) and Sgrigna ('33). Leading 2-1 at the break, Citta further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Gerardi in the 73rd minute.
