ITALY, Sep. 7, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 2: After losing 1-0 to Avellino on August 30, the Bianche Casacche bounced back with a 3-2 victory over Catania this Sunday.
Catania had started off well by taking the lead in the 33rd minute with a goal by Martinho. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Bianche Casacche nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Marchi '60, Belloni '72 and Ronaldo '82).
FC Pro Vercelli 1892 climbed to 10th place with 3 points from 2 games, tie on points with US Latina Calcio, which has a game in hand.
