Serie B (Week 10) : Carpi defeats Pescara 5-0
ITALY, Oct. 25, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 10: Two wins in a row for Carpi. After their 2-1 win against Latina on October 18, the Biancorossi continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 5-0 victory over Pescara this Saturday.
Letizia and Mbakogu scored dual goals
Carpi dominated the first half thanks to goals from Concas ('45) and Letizia ('45). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Biancorossi further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Letizia '46 and Mbakogu '60, '84).
Carpi FC 1909 climbed to first place with 18 points from 10 games, tie on points with runner-up Frosinone Calcio.
