Serie B (Week 8) : Entella beats Ternana 2-1
ITALY, Nov. 4, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 8: After their 0-0 draw against Virtus Lanciano on November 1, the Biancocelesti bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Ternana this Tuesday.
Virtus Entella dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Lanini in the 28th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Biancocelesti further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Iacoponi in the 68th minute.
Virtus Entella climbed to 14th place with 15 points from 12 games, tie on points with Modena FC.
