Serie B (Week 14) : Livorno beats Pro Vercelli 3-1
ITALY, Nov. 16, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 14: After losing 1-0 to Virtus Lanciano on November 8, the Amaranto bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Pro Vercelli this Sunday.
Pro Vercelli had started off well by taking the lead in the 8th minute with an own goal by Mosquera. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Amaranto nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Vantaggiato '73, Siligardi '79 and Jefferson '87).
AS Livorno Calcio climbed to third place with 24 points from 14 games, only one point behind Frosinone Calcio.
