ITALY, Mar. 3, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 29: Vicenza was held to a 2-2 draw by Virtus Lanciano on Tuesday.
Virtus Lanciano players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Amenta in the 37th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Piccolo goal on penalty ('75) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Vicenza with goals by Brighenti ('53) and Cocco ('87).
Vicenza Calcio are down in fourth place with 47 points from 29 games, tie on points with Frosinone Calcio.
