Serie B (Week 3) : Livorno beats Brescia 3-1
ITALY, Sep. 18, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 3: Three wins in a row for Livorno. After their success against Pescara and Como, the Amaranto continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 3-1 victory over Brescia this Friday.
Geijo Alexandre opened the score in the 16th minute, before seeing Livorno catch up in the 32nd minute thanks to Fedato Francesco. 1-1 at half time. The Amaranto eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Calabresi Arturo ('68) and Vantaggiato Daniele ('73).
AS Livorno Calcio remains in first place with 9 points from 3 games, a 5-point lead over runner-up Cagliari, which has a game in hand.
