ITALY, Sep. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 2: Salernitana was held to a 2-2 draw by Brescia on Saturday.
Salernitana players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Schiavi Raffaele in the 44th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Gabionetta Denilson goal ('84) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Brescia with dual goals from Morosini Leonardo ('56 and '79.
US Salernitana 1919 climbed to third place with 4 points from 2 games, tie on points with Cagliari.
