Serie B (Week 14) : Pescara beats Avellino 3-2
ITALY, Nov. 20, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 14: Two wins in a row for Pescara. After their 0-2 win against Como on November 15, the Delfini continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 3-2 victory over Avellino this Friday.
Pescara dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Memushaj Ledian in the 38th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Delfini further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Verre Valerio '52 and Caprari Gianluca '78).
Pescara Calcio climbed to fourth place with 24 points from 14 games, only one point behind FC Bari 1908, which has a game in hand.
