Serie B (Week 16) : Crotone beats Cesena 2-0
ITALY, Dec. 5, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 16: Three wins in a row for Crotone. After their success against Ternana and Spezia, the Pitagorici continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 2-0 victory over Cesena this Saturday.
Cesena made Crotone doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Budimir Ante ('58) and Balasa Mihai ('75).
FC Crotone climbed to first place with 34 points from 16 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Cagliari, which has a game in hand.
