Serie B (Week 16) : Ternana beats Pro Vercelli 2-1
ITALY, Dec. 5, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 16: Two wins in a row for Ternana. After their 2-0 win against Vicenza on November 28, the Rossoverdi continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 2-1 victory over Pro Vercelli this Saturday.
Ceravolo Fabio opened the score in the 19th minute, before seeing Pro Vercelli catch up in the 32nd minute thanks to Mustacchio Mattia. 1-1 at half time. The Rossoverdi eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Palumbo Antonio seconds before the end of regulation.
FC Pro Vercelli 1892 are down in 13rd place with 20 points from 16 games, tie on points with US Latina Calcio.
