ITALY, Dec. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 18: After their 0-0 draw against Vicenza on December 9 and 0-0 draw against Livorno on December 9, I Granata bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Ascoli this Saturday.
Salernitana dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Pestrin Manolo in the 27th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, I Granata further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Coda Massimo in the 52nd minute.
US Salernitana 1919 climbed to 18th place with 20 points from 18 games, tie on points with US Latina Calcio.
