Serie B (Week 24) : Ternana beats Modena 2-1
ITALY, Jan. 30, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 24: After losing 1-0 to Cagliari on January 23, the Rossoverdi returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Modena this Saturday.
Janse Jens opened the score in the 33rd minute, before seeing Modena catch up in the 38th minute thanks to Stanco Francesco. 1-1 at half time. The Rossoverdi eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Furlan Federico in the 58th minute.
Ternana Calcio climbed to 13rd place with 30 points from 24 games, only one point behind Virtus Entella, which has a game in hand.
