Serie B (Week 31) : Spezia beats Modena 2-0
ITALY, Mar. 12, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 31: Two wins in a row for Spezia. After their 0-1 win against Avellino on March 5, the Aquilotti continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 2-0 victory over Modena this Saturday.
Spezia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Calaio Emanuele in the 24th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Aquilotti further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Sciaudone Daniele in the 53rd minute.
Spezia Calcio climbed to fifth place with 50 points from 31 games, tie on points with AC Cesena.
