Serie B (Week 35) : Pescara beats Avellino 3-1
ITALY, Apr. 8, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 35: Two wins in a row for Pescara. After their 2-1 win against Como on April 2, the Delfini continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 3-1 victory over Avellino this Friday.
Pescara dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Caprari Gianluca in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Delfini further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Lapadula Gianluca '62 and Mitrita Alexandru '75).
Pescara Calcio climbed to fourth place with 55 points from 35 games, only one point behind Novara Calcio, which has a game in hand.
