Serie B (Week 16) : Cesena beats Avellino 3-0
ITALY, Nov. 26, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 16: After losing 1-0 to Spezia on November 19, the Cavallucci Marini bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Avellino this Saturday.
Cesena dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Djuric Milan in the 18th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Cavallucci Marini further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Dalmonte Nicola '70 and Ciano Camilo '85).
AC Cesena climbed to 16th place with 16 points from 16 games, only one point behind US Salernitana 1919, which has a game in hand.
