Serie B (Week 34) : Frosinone draw 1-1 with Avellino

ITALY, Apr. 3, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 34: Frosinone was held to a 1-1 draw by Avellino on Monday.

Frosinone players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Dionisi Federico in the 15th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Avellino with a saving goal from Castaldo Luigi in the 80th minute.

Frosinone Calcio remains in first place with 61 points from 34 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up SPAL Ferrara, which has a game in hand.
