Serie B (Week 19) : Frosinone beats Trapani 4-1
ITALY, Dec. 16, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 19: After losing 1-3 to Salernitana on December 10, the Canarini bounced back with a 4-1 victory over Trapani this Friday.
Frosinone dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Dionisi Federico in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Canarini further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Ciofani Daniel '54, Ciofani Matteo '57 and Kragl Oliver '74).
Frosinone Calcio climbed to first place with 35 points from 19 games, one point ahead of runner-up Hellas Verona, which has a game in hand.
