ITALY, Dec. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 20: After losing 3-1 to Novara on December 17, the Cavallucci Marini bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Trapani this Saturday.
Cesena dominated the first half thanks to goals from Kone Moussa ('24) and Garritano Luca ('44). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Cavallucci Marini further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Djuric Milan in stoppage time.
AC Cesena climbed to 15th place with 22 points from 20 games, 2 points behind Vicenza Calcio.
