Serie B (Week 20) : Brescia defeats Pro Vercelli 2-1
ITALY, Dec. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 20: After their 0-0 draw against Novara on December 17 and 1-1 draw against Latina on December 17, the Rondinelle bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Pro Vercelli this Saturday.
Caracciolo Andrea scored dual goals
Brescia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Caracciolo Andrea in the 22nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Rondinelle further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Caracciolo Andrea on penalty with just 6 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Brescia Calcio climbed to 11st place with 26 points from 20 games, only one point behind Spezia Calcio.
