Serie B (Week 20) : Entella beats Novara 4-1
ITALY, Dec. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 20: After losing 2-1 to Ascoli on December 19 and 1-0 to Hellas Verona on December 19, the Biancocelesti returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Novara this Saturday.
Caputo Francesco and Masucci Gaetano scored dual goals
Virtus Entella dominated the first half thanks to goals from Caputo Francesco ('17, '28) and Masucci Gaetano ('30). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Biancocelesti further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Masucci Gaetano in the 70th minute.
Virtus Entella climbed to 8th place with 29 points from 20 games, only one point behind AC Perugia.
