Serie B (Week 21) : Cittadella beats Entella 2-1
ITALY, Dec. 30, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 21: After losing 2-0 to Vicenza on December 24, Citta returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Virtus Entella this Friday.
Cittadella dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Arrighini Andrea in the 14th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Citta further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Strizzolo Luca in the 65th minute.
AS Cittadella climbed to fifth place with 34 points from 21 games, 2 points behind SPAL Ferrara.
