Serie B (Week 14) : Novara defeats Verona 4-0
ITALY, Nov. 13, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 14: After two straigth victories against Trapani and Spezia, the Gialloblu lost 4-0 against Novara.
Novara dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Casarini Federico in the 17th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Biancoazzurri further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Viola Nicolas '65, Farago Pancrazio '76 and Galabinov Andrey '87).
Hellas Verona remains in first place with 30 points from 14 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Frosinone Calcio.
