Serie B (Week 14) : Frosinone beats Ascoli 3-1
ITALY, Nov. 13, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 14: Four wins in a row for Frosinone. After their success against SPAL, Cesena and Avellino, the Canarini continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 3-1 victory over Ascoli this Sunday.
Soddimo Danilo scored dual goals
Frosinone dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Soddimo Danilo in the 42nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Canarini further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Ciofani Daniel '54 and Soddimo Danilo '76).
Frosinone Calcio climbed to second place with 27 points from 14 games, 3 points behind Hellas Verona.
