Serie B (Week 14) : Salernitana beats Ternana 4-2
ITALY, Nov. 13, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 14: After losing 2-0 to Cittadella on November 5, I Granata returned to winning ways with a 4-2 victory over Ternana this Sunday.
Ternana opened the score in the score in the 23rd minute thanks to Palombi Giorgio, before Salernitana regained the advantage with Perico Gabriele ('32), Coda Massimo ('45) and Vitale Luigi ('45 on penalty). Leading 3-2 at the break, I Granata further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Rosina Alessandro in the 70th minute.
US Salernitana 1919 climbed to 12nd place with 16 points from 14 games, only one point behind Spezia Calcio, which has a game in hand.
