Serie B (Week 19) : Bari beats Avellino 2-1
ITALY, Dec. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 19: After their 0-0 draw against Pisa on December 9, the Galletti returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Avellino this Saturday.
Fedele Matteo scored dual goals
Avellino had started off well by taking the lead in the 45th minute with a goal by Castaldo Luigi. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Galletti nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Fedele Matteo '51, '79).
FC Bari 1908 climbed to 8th place with 27 points from 19 games, 2 points behind AC Perugia.
