ITALY, Sep. 25, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 6: Two wins in a row for Palermo. After their 1-0 win against Perugia on September 19, the Rosanero continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 2-1 victory over Pro Vercelli this Monday.
Nestorovski Ilija scored dual goals
Bifulco Alfredo opened the score in the 20th minute, before seeing Palermo catch up in the 25th minute thanks to Nestorovski Ilija. 1-1 at half time. The Rosanero eventually won the game in the second period with with another goal by Nestorovski Ilija in the 51st minute.
Palermo climbed to third place with 12 points from 6 games, only one point behind Frosinone Calcio.
