TUNIS, Nov. 19, 1989 (AMP) — Italy 90 (African Qualifiers) : Cameroon defeated Tunisia by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Sunday. Cameroon, who won the first leg (2-0), secured their ticket to the World Cup finals.
