AMMAN, Feb. 18, 2004 (AMP) — Germany 2006 (Asian Qualifiers) : Jordan defeated Laos by a big score of 5-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2006 FIFA World Cup on Wednesday afternoon.
The result put the Jordanians top of Group 1 with 3 points. In their next game, Jordan will meet Qatar on March 31, while Laos will face Iran.
