TASHKENT, Feb. 18, 2004 (AMP) — Germany 2006 (Asian Qualifiers) : Uzbekistan tied 1-1 with Iraq (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2006 FIFA World Cup on Wednesday afternoon.
The result left both teams on top of Group 2 with one point. In their next game, Iraq will meet Palestine on March 31, while Uzbekistan will face Taiwan.
