GUANGZHOU, Feb. 18, 2004 (AMP) — Germany 2006 (Asian Qualifiers) : China defeated Kuwait by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2006 FIFA World Cup on Wednesday night.
The result put the Chinese top of Group 4 with 3 points. In their next game, China will meet Hong Kong on March 31, while Kuwait will face Malaysia.
