BISHKEK, Mar. 31, 2004 (AMP) — Germany 2006 (Asian Qualifiers) : Kyrgyzstan tied 1-1 with Syria (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2006 FIFA World Cup on Wednesday afternoon.
The result left both teams at the bottom of Group 6 with one point. In their next game, Syria will meet group leaders Tajikistan on June 10, while Kyrgyzstan will face Bahrain.
