JAKARTA, Oct. 12, 2004 (AMP) — Germany 2006 (Asian Qualifiers) : Saudi Arabia defeated Indonesia by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2006 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday night.
The result put the Saudi top of Group 8 with 15 points. Indonesia is third with 4 points. In their last game, Saudi Arabia will meet Sri Lanka on November 17, while Indonesia will face Turkmenistan.
