BLANTYRE, May. 31, 2008 (AMP) — South Africa 2010 (African Qualifiers) : Malawi defeated Djibouti by a big score of 8-1 (halftime: 2-1), in a qualifying game for the 2010 FIFA World Cup on Saturday afternoon.
The result put the Malawians top of Group 12 with 3 points. In their next game, Malawi will meet DR Congo on June 8, while Djibouti will face Egypt.
