YAOUNDé, Oct. 10, 2009 (AMP) — South Africa 2010 (African Qualifiers) : Cameroon defeated Togo by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2010 FIFA World Cup on Saturday afternoon.
The result put the Cameroonians top of Group A with 10 points. Togo is third with 5 points. In their last game, Cameroon will meet Morocco on November 14, while Togo will face Gabon.
