DAMMAM, Jun. 11, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (Asian Qualifiers) : Saudi Arabia defeated Palestine by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Thursday night at the Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam.
The result put the Saudi top of Group A with 3 points. In their next game, Saudi Arabia will meet second-placed East Timor at the Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium on September 3, while Palestine will face Malaysia.
